Finally the headache has lifted. Still feel hopelessly down though. Tried playing video games to kill time but I just can't get interested. Meh, this is going to be just another whining, feeling sorry for myself entry. I'll go away.
Go and make a start on those books. If you find yourself just staring at sentences, then go back and re-read what you've missed. When you wake in the night, don't just lie there, get up, go downstairs and read the books. If you make the effort they will (a) educate you about your depression (b) give you suggestions about how to cope (c) distract you from feeling down and (d) help pass the time. And maybe even (e) bore you to sleep.
well i'm sorry we can't 'meet' on better terms but MAN! you sound exactly like me right now!!! The headache, check. The games (well for me its the blogs) check. The whiny. check. So now I'm laying in bed. can't muster up the energy to even feed myself. how lame!!

I certainly don't expect you to turn into a tree hugger overnight, but maybe it could help if you got out and about a bit more.
