Not entirely sure, but I think I've had about 3 hours sleep. 3 whole hours. wow. feeling a bit knotted up and horrible at the moment though. still, 3 hours. the odd thing is i feel even more tired than usual now. vryy strange.

I found your blog from a comment you left on BPD in OKC.Why don't you join in on the conversation with Stan the Man and Preciousrock and myself. If nothing else you can stop in and see how we pick on each other.

Sorry your not sleeping much. It's 4:00 am in Phoenix, NY and I'm up myself so that tells you how messed up my sleep pattern is.

I hope it gets better for you. One day at a time is all we can do right?

Hi Ant,

I found you the same way. I really liked what you said and the way you phrased it. I read your blog and thought, "I'm reading about my week." I wake up at 12:30, 1, 2, 3. Today, was 3, so I go and mess with the Internet and my blog. I wonder when I'll ever sleep normally again, but I think I forgot what that was like. My sleep disruption is do to major depression and PTSD. I have not been able to go out like before since this episode, but I actually ate out at a resturant this past weekend for our anniversary...shaky, PRNs, but made it through. You can find lots of support around this place. You can visit my site and take a look at some of my fellow traveler's (blogroll). I've only been around since the 8th, but I've found a lot of support, encouragement and others that feel like I do which helps me not feel so alone.
